(V) Homemade Ravioli stuffed with porcini mushrooms and wilted spinach with savory IPA coconut cream and sundried tomato sauce.

(V) Crispy turmeric and coriander cauliflower steak over hand cut vegetable noodles with

crispy kale chips and vegan brown ale brown butter

(V) (GF) Hardwood smoked tofu and pineapple carpaccio with green peppercorn, tomatillo, and pico de gallo, over smoky paprika and black bean hash

Pan Seared Bone-in Chicken Breast over long grain and wild rice, colorful carrots and fingerling potatoes with O-Gii green tea and rosemary pan sauce.
